We aim to deliver high-quality, customized services for all clients. However, due to the nature of professional and regulatory services, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced or documents have been submitted for processing (e.g., GST filing, IT returns, loan proposals).

  • In exceptional cases, if a refund is approved due to an internal error, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
