For Partnership Firm

  • Aadhaar & Address proof of partners
  • Partnership deed

For Private Limited Company / LLP

  • PAN of the company
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • MOA & AOA / LLP Agreement

GST Registration Process

  1. Visit the GST Portal - Go to GST Official Portal.
  2. Fill Part A of Form GST REG-01 - Provide PAN, mobile number, and email ID.
  3. Receive OTP Verification - Enter OTP received on registered mobile/email.
  4. Submit Business Details - Business name, type, turnover, and additional details.
  5. Upload Required Documents - Submit identity, address, and bank details.
  6. Receive ARN (Application Reference Number) - Track status online.
  7. Get GST Certificate - Upon approval, download your GST registration certificate from the portal.

Types of GST Registration

  • Regular GST Registration: For businesses exceeding turnover limits.
  • Composition Scheme: For small businesses (turnover under 1.5 crores) with reduced tax rates.
